Mind

Psychology · Self-knowledge · Personal growth

Come back to yourself.
Understand yourself.
Move forward.

Your personal companion for psychological self-reflection.

Self-discovery

What changes
when you understand
yourself better?

Mind begins with your own words.

What gives you energy? When do you hold yourself back? Your personal interview begins with your experiences. Mind develops possible interpretations of your strengths, needs and recurring patterns. You decide what you recognise and correct what does not fit.

Your companion builds on this with questions that help you organise your thoughts and small practices for everyday life. If you enable personal memory, it can return to your saved notes and relevant experiences. A conversation becomes something you can build on.

What would I do differently today if I listened more closely to myself?

Psychological perspectives

Four perspectives.
Your questions.

How do we get to know ourselves? What gives us confidence? What matters enough to act on? The ideas of Jung, Rogers, Bandura and Frankl inspire the questions in Mind.

The idea

Individuation describes a process of becoming aware of and developing more of your personality, beyond the role you usually inhabit.

In your everyday life

Your interview answers form the basis for the Mind archetype framework. Explore strengths and possible shadow aspects and decide which interpretation feels true to you.

A question for you

Which part of me has had little room so far?

Room for your next step

What is on your mind?

Notice. Understand. Try something. Choose a theme and explore how a question could become a small step in everyday life.

BoundariesNotice

A question for you

When did you last say yes while meaning no?

One possible beginning

Think of an everyday situation and describe it to yourself in one sentence, without judging it.

You can begin with any perspective. Take the question that feels useful to you today.

A day with Mind

Make room for your needs.

Alex often agrees immediately when someone asks for help. Later, little time remains for their own needs. Today is about taking a moment before saying yes.

How are you today?

Take a moment to notice how you feel. Choose one thing you would like to give some attention to today.

Companion

Say what is on your mind. Organise thoughts and possibilities in conversation — through text or voice, with the context you choose to share.

Reflection

Keep a journal of your experiences and look back on your week. The decision space and Together also make room for important questions and shared conversations.

Archetypes

Your archetype as a starting point.

Your interview leads to one of ten archetypes. This framework, inspired by C. G. Jung, offers words for strengths, tensions and possible areas of growth. It invites you to find your own perspective.

Understanding archetypes

Archetypes are possible interpretations, not a validated personality test. You can confirm, correct or reject what does not fit.

An example of personal support

Your saved note

I want to pause before saying yes and consider my own needs.

Your companion

You wanted to make more room for yourself. Is there a decision today where you would like to practise that?

What response would feel right for you?

You can edit or delete this note at any time.

Personal guidance

A conversation
that continues.

When do you feel understood? What puts you under pressure? Your notes hold feelings, needs and experiences. With your permission, your companion can return to them later. You can look more closely at familiar reactions and consider what might help you next time.

You choose what Mind remembers.

Values, goals and important life circumstances can give your next conversation context. You can see your saved memories and edit or delete them. Your companion uses these notes, relevant journal entries and experiences from your experiments only with your explicit permission.

  • Add, edit and delete your own memories
  • Confirm or reject interpretations
