Purpose and limits

Human Code offers self-reflection using archetypes, astrological and numerological symbols and AI texts. Content is not a diagnosis, measured personality score or reliable prediction. AI can produce incorrect or unsuitable answers. The app is not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice and is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.

Account and minimum age

An account is required for sync, server-side AI features and purchases. The app is intended for people aged 16 and over. Minors are also subject to legal requirements for consent from their representatives, especially for paid contracts. Protect your credentials and use an accessible email account. Prices and features

Available free and paid features are described by the offer in the app. Price, billing period, included features and any trial are shown before purchase in the offer and store checkout. Visiting this website or selecting “Open app” does not itself create a paid contract. AI features may have usage limits. This page does not offer a paid plan while no concrete purchase offer is available.

Apple subscriptions

Manage subscriptions purchased through Apple under “Subscriptions” in your Apple account settings. To avoid renewal, follow the date shown in your Apple account and the terms of your offer. For free or discounted trial subscriptions, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple also describes immediate cancellation with a prorated refund through Apple Support for Germany and certain other countries. Those rights are unaffected. Google Play subscriptions

Manage subscriptions purchased through Google Play under “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions” in the Google account used. Cancel before the current billing period ends to avoid the next renewal. After ordinary cancellation, access continues for the period already paid for. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Uninstalling the app or deleting its account does not cancel a store subscription. Statutory withdrawal, warranty and refund rights are unaffected. For questions about our offer or claims against us, contact support@myhumancode.app. Account deletion does not itself request a refund; check the store confirmation after cancelling.

Your content and permitted use

You retain rights to your input. You authorise only processing needed for your chosen features; sharing with AI requires the separate choice. Do not enter health data or other specially protected information in the pre-release version, or confidential data about others. Do not bypass access restrictions or usage limits, or use the app for unlawful content or attacks. This does not exclude actions permitted by law.

Licence and changes

You may use the provided app for personal self-reflection and share your personal results where this does not infringe others’ rights. No further rights in the software or design are transferred. Features may be incomplete in a pre-release version. For paid services, scope, updates and permitted changes follow the agreed offer and applicable law; these terms do not allow arbitrary reductions to services already purchased.

Liability and ending use

Statutory liability and warranty rules apply. Notices about symbolic content and AI errors do not exclude mandatory rights. You can stop using the app and request account deletion; a store subscription must be cancelled separately. Necessary, proportionate protective measures may be taken in response to misuse. Statutory rights, such as termination for cause, remain intact.

Law, changes to terms and dispute resolution

German law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before taking effect, with separate consent obtained where necessary. Merely changing this webpage does not constitute your agreement. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
