Website requests and hosting
The website runs on Cloudflare Workers, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Requests involve processing your IP address, requested page, time, technical browser and connection details and, where sent, the referring page. This serves content delivery, troubleshooting and protection against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in an available, secure website. Transmission of these technical details is necessary to load the page.
Technical data and retention
Our website code does not keep its own visitor log. Cloudflare processes technical operational and security data. Retention depends on the operational or security purpose, the investigation of specific faults or attacks, and legal duties. Cloudflare and international transfers
Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. For US transfers, Cloudflare cites its EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification; EU standard contractual clauses provide further safeguards where required. Cookies, media and external links
The website code sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no visitor identifier in local browser storage. Language is determined by the address, such as /en. No analytics or advertising trackers are embedded. Images, videos and fonts are delivered from this website; article images do not call an external image service. You access another provider’s website only if you follow an external link.
Contact by email
If you write to support@myhumancode.app, we process your email address, your name where supplied, message contents, attachments and technical delivery details to handle your request. Contract-related enquiries rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in being reachable and answering enquiries. Sending an email is optional and is not required to visit the website; without contact details we cannot reply.
Recipients of support emails
Messages to our support address are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our WEB.DE mailbox. Recipients are therefore Cloudflare for forwarding and 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Karlsruhe branch, Brauerstr. 48, 76135 Karlsruhe, Germany, as the provider of WEB.DE for mailbox operation. The mailbox provider’s privacy information is at https://web.de/datenschutz/. The international transfer information above also applies to Cloudflare.
Retention of correspondence
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the request and related follow-up questions. If statutory retention duties apply, or correspondence is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, the necessary part is retained until that reason no longer applies; otherwise it is deleted. Retention depends on completion of the matter, the message contents and any legal duties, rather than simply the age of the email.

Your rights and contact
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR). Objection and complaints
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
