Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested address, browser and operating system details, referrer) to serve the page and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition. No cookies, no trackers

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and builds no usage profiles. A setting such as the chosen language is reflected only in the address (e.g. /en).

Embedded third-party content

One photo in the “Reflections” section is loaded from images.unsplash.com (Unsplash Inc., USA). Unsplash receives technically necessary request data such as your IP address. All other images, videos and fonts are delivered together with this website from our hosting.

Contact by email

If you write to support@myhumancode.app, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Incoming mail is forwarded to our mailbox via Cloudflare Email Routing. We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duty applies.

The Human Code app

The mobile app is a separate product and has not been released yet. The processing of profile details, answers and AI features in the app is covered by its own privacy policy, which will be provided in the app and here before the app becomes available.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
